Mostly, I did this just to have fun with the effect that one receives when a video camera is plugged into a television then the image is recorded over the image over the image over the image, et cetera. I had the first three videos from 11 November 2008 (Pentax Optio Z10) and the other videos are from to-day (5 April 2009) with a Panasonic HDC-HS9 (apparently, it's supposed to be high definition). Knowing that I couldn't have you (whomever you may be) just sit there in silence and watch this... two shorts i made inspired by kurt kren's 'mathematical editing' methods, which play with psi function and the persistence of vision, and explore the speeds at which our eyes knit multiple images together, creating 'new' images that exist only in the brain of the viewer. due to strobing/flashing images, these films are not recommended for photosensitive epileptics. Topics: d/evil, experimental short, kurt kren, mathmatical editing, psi function, persistance of vision
University Coursework: The brief was to overlay a 3-D animation on top of some photographs of the lecturers house One object had to be a multi-part ballon figure, the other had to interact with the balloon. I chose a balloon man and sxalextric car and track. The final piece took approximately one month to complete. Topic: Animation Effects Balloon Scalextric car
This is a film of a drive up Rogers pass in early October 2005. Rogers Pass is the pass (elevation 1330 m) through the Selkirk Mountains of British Columbia used by the Canadian Pacific Railway and the Trans-Canada Highway. The pass is a shortcut across the "Big Bend" of the Columbia River from Revelstoke on the west to Donald, near Golden, on the east. The pass was discovered on May 29, 1881 by Major Albert Bowman Rogers, a surveyor working for the Canadian Pacific Railway. Rogers... Topic: Rogers Pass, British Columbia, Alberta, Canada, Rockies

A video collage (per se) of the world as seen from the top of the Sears Tower (7 April 2009). I (somewhat poorly) play the music on this too. I might regret typing that though. I think it was the first time I'd ever played "American Pie" the whole way through, and I forgot the bridge for "Chimes of Freedom". But it's better than sitting there and watching this without any music at all isn't it? Topics: Sears Tower, Chicago, Illinois, April, 2009, American Pie, Chimes of Freedom

These two brief clips are all that remain of this lost film of 1914, they were excerpted in the Warner Brother's 1931 Vitaphone short "The Movie Album." The first clip shows the meeting of Helene's terrorist cell with an extra who is NOT Leon Trostky, and the second appears to be the scene of Helene (Clara Kimball Young) and Lennox (Harry T. Morey) visiting the Weletsky's (Earle Williams and Louise Beaudet), with Eulalie Jensen as the angry woman. No sound track. Topics: Silent Films, Lost Films, Anarchists, Russia, Drama

My first videoinstallation done in early 2004 based on originally one foto. This is the shorter one of my first DVD that contained a 59 and a 39 minutes version..
